Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. All orders are subject to availability.        
 
PRICING
The price you pay is the price displayed on our website at the time we receive your order, and will be clearly stated on your order confirmation, with the following exception. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled, and will give you a full refund. Prices of goods displayed and ordered through the website may differ from prices in store.
 
PAYMENT
All prices shown are in cash prices in pound sterling (£), and inclusive of VAT, and accurate at the time of publication.

Online orders must be paid for by credit/debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Electron, Solo, JCB and Switch. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are despatched once authorisation has been obtained. All goods will remain the property of Leicester House Gallery until paid for in full.

 

 

LIMITATIONS ON OUR LIABILITY - TERMS OF USE

For the avoidance of doubt, except as expressly provided in these conditions, our entire liability under or in connection with any contract for any goods to which these terms and conditions apply shall not exceed the price of the goods.

The limitations of liability in these terms and conditions shall apply equally for the benefit of us and any of our associated companies as if references to us included references to each such associated company.
